Retired Vice Admiral Al Harms, vice president for strategicc planning and initiatives and special assistant to the will take over the new divisioof strategy, marketing, communications and admissions May 1. Combining the two separated divisions of strategic planning and initiatives with communications and admissions should result in efficiencies and improves performance ofthose activities, said Harms.
