Tragedies Happen Every Day – You Can’t Predict Them But You Can Plan For Them

Over the last week I’ve posted several post on my blog regarding life insurance because of Valentine’s Day.  I felt it was a perfect time to talk about protecting the financial future of the ones you love.  While Valentine’s Day has passed, several events occurred this past weekend which drove me to add this post about the importance of life insurance.  I hope it encourages you to at least review your current life insurance program to insure the financial future of the ones you love is protected. 

Like many people around the world; I watched the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and saw the story about the tragic accident that took the life of the 21 year old Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvili.  The very next day I received a call from my mother telling me one of my cousins passed away.  That night I was watching the local news and saw that story about the tragic car accident that took the life of a family of four, including two young children.  If you are like some people you go through life thinking a tragedy won’t happen to you but in fact tragedies happen to people every day in every walk of life.
