Tucson’s Laura Olguin and her CRT Partnersz LLC have plans for 40 Jacks over the next 10 initially throughout centralNew Mexico. The first two debutf June 19 andJune 26, with restaurants on Hwy. 528 near Elliso n in northwest Albuquerque and at Central and Eubankl in theDuke City. Bryco Construction of Albuquerque is building the two Olguin plans to build her base in Albuquerque with 10 restaurantsd over the next three yeards before taking the fast food chain beyond themetro region.
In her firstr year of operation, She plans to invest more than $5 millioh to open five restaurants and create250 jobs. “We plan to have thre e more open by the endof 2009, and 10 in the next thred years,” said Olguin. “Jack in the Box has been out of [mosty of] New Mexico since 1993, but we hope to come back biggetrand better. , Carl’s Jr. and have been here a long time and have some but we hope to fill gaps wher e they arenot located.
