I’ve about 9 months ago, I settled a no-fault claim with my insurance company ( I Buy Eco ) and was surprised with the level of customer service I received from them, and how smooth my claim was.
My partner is currently with another insurance company, and have to say, un-happy is a polite term I would use in public. She was recently in a minor accident where a car went into the back of her, so again, a no fault claim, but when her car was taken to the garage to be fixed, they assessed it as being repairable, and would be returned within about a week.
Oh how wrong they were. The car has gone back 3 times now, and still not fixed.
But thinking back to when I had my “oops”, I never had half this trouble. I had a dedicated customer service woman who kept me informed every step of the way, and it was no problem at all. I would highly recommend I Buy Eco the next time your insurance is up for renewal as it’s hard to find a insurance company that looks after you should you ever need to put a claim in. Thank you I Buy Eco!!!
1. Drive Less for and get a discount
Some carriers will discount your premium with a low-mileage discount if you drive less than 7,500 miles per year. Also ask your agent if you can receive a commuter discount for using public transportation.
Liability coverage encompasses two things: Bodily Injury, Property Damage. In the most general sense, a liability is anything that is a hindrance or puts an individual at a disadvantage.
