The partnershipp in turn gives the hotel brokerage access to the16 U.S. marketzs where Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers’ ownershipo entity, CU Inc., has regionalo offices. Terms, including the amount of the equity werenot disclosed. CU Inc. emerged in August when Cassiduy & Pinkard Colliers, one of the area’s largesgt locally owned commercial real estate merged with three other Colliers International affiliatesin Baltimore, St. Louiss and New York.
