Builder Zaring declares Chapter 11 bankruptcy – Baltimore Business Journal:

Zaring’s filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern Districy of Ohio in Cincinnati said he had estimate d assets ofbetween $10 millionh and $50 million, and debte in the same dollar range. A list of unsecurefd creditors included a KeyBank claiof $2 million; National City $1.9 million; Fifth Third Bank, $268,500; and Anne Zaring, The filing did not include a scheduler of assets and liabilities, a statement of monthly income, a statemenft of financial affairs and other documents requirerd under federal bankruptcy law. Zaring has 15 days from the date of his June 26 Chapter 11 petition to filethoswe documents.
He is represented by lawyer Richard Nelsonat Cohen, Todd, Kite Stanford LLC. The bankruptcy filingt follows the filing of at least five claims and judgment s by various creditors against Zaring in Hamiltojn County courtin June. Several family members are also involvede in building and development firms inthe area.
