Pretty much the first thing we do when getting into a car accident is to ask for each others’ information, which includes a proof of insurance for your car. For me, when I got into the car accident the other day, I just literally jumped out of my car to check the bumper then I asked for the guy who hit me for his insurance right away. That insurance will pay to fix my damage instead of him. He might have to pay some kind of fee, or his monthly insurance rate will be higher, depends on the policy.

A small number of people, are willing to risk to drive without an insurance since it is so expensive and they don’t wanna pay that much every month. I don’t want to pay the fee either, but I have to. If I don’t have a proof of insurance and get into a car accident, or just simply being checked by a cop, I would be in great trouble. I don’t know what the fee is, but I know for sure that it won’t be cheap, plus you must attend court as well. Just thinking about the court scares the heck out of me.
